Auto Club Speedway Race Recap:

After crossing the finish line, Bobby Labonte's No. 47 Charter Toyota Camry limped to the Auto Club Speedway garage with a shredded right front tire, major body damage to the right front and a broken axle. Labonte's hopes for a top-20 finish ended with a 28th-place finish Sunday afternoon. 2000 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series champion Bobby Labonte completed 198 of the 200-lap event that had 17 lead changes among eight drivers ending in a dramatic finish. Kyle Busch came out on top to snatch the victory.

JTG Daugherty Racing Quotes:

"The last run we were racing against 19th and 20th place and moving through the field," crew chief Brian Burns said. "One more caution and I think we would have capitalized on that last wreck and got something out of it to advance onto the lead lap. It looks like we either had something break in the right rear that caused it to nose into the wall there or something else, but we're still taking a closer look at it to see what happened on that last lap."

Tailgater of the Week:

Danny Molgaard was honored with Tailgater of the Week at Auto Club Speedway's infield location BK5-6-49. Molgaard, who is a drummer for Beach City Cowboys out of Costa Mesa, Calif., was enjoying the sunny warm day tailgating with his closest friends in the infield where they had Hammerschlagen, Giant Jenga, Foosball and Ping Pong games.

"We probably had over 200 people here the other night," said Molgaard. "We love coming out here. My first trip here was in 2002 when Jimmie Johnson won the race. We have a lot of fun."

Molgaard admitted his favorite thing to grill hands down is Carne Asada and the dish can be easily cooked with Kingsford Charcoal. He also admitted he was a big fan of BUSH'S Beans along with other JTG Daugherty Racing sponsored brands, such as, Clorox and SCOTT Products.

When we pulled up today he had a big group of folks tailgating with him, which included: Heidi Molgaard, Steve Appel, Darrin Eckdahl, Ricky Hodge, Tokey Coe, Perry White, Randy Smith, Diamond Dave, Kenny and Carry Peloquin, Natalie and Bill Heygood, Kristy Nansome, Tommy Meyer, Midnite Meyer, Chris Katz, Paul Wecker, James Murren, Brian and Tracey Guest.

Are you the ultimate “Grillmaster” at the race track? Do you want to win an all expense paid trip and be the VIP guest of JTG Daugherty Racing at the big race in Las Vegas in 2014?

If you answered yes, then get out to the track and let us know where you are tailgating! Each race weekend during the Sprint Cup season JTG Daugherty Racing will be scouting the infields and campgrounds, looking for the best tailgaters at the track. You can let us know where you are tailgating by tweeting us your location.

Throughout the weekend, leading up to the green flag, our team members, owners and maybe even Bobby Labonte himself will be patrolling the infield and campsites looking for the best tailgaters. So, fire up your grills with Kingsford® Charcoal, heat up a can of Bush’s® Grillin’ Beans and clean up your messes with Clorox® and Scott® Brand Products!
