NO. 37 COFFEE-MATE CHEVROLET SS
DAYTONA INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY POST-RACE REPORT
Date/Time: Saturday, July 1 at 7:30 p.m. ET
TV Network/Radio: NBC / MRN Radio / SiriusXM NASCAR Radio Channel 90
It was a game of strategy for Chris Buescher and the No. 37 Coffee-mate team Saturday night at Daytona International Speedway. Buescher hung around in the back of the pack intentionally, able to avoid three major wrecks throughout the course of the race. With about 30 laps to go, Buescher made his move and began to race towards the front of the pack, earning his top superspeedway finish with 10th-place.
CHRIS BUESCHER QUOTES:
"Really nice to be able to finish Daytona with our No. 37 Coffee-mate Chevrolet," Buescher said. "We had a smart race. We hung out most of the day to make sure we had a clean piece here at the end. The team did a nice job all weekend putting a good race car together. We knew qualifying would be what it was, but when we got out and raced, it drafted and handled really well. We were able to get a top-10 finish out of it."
